Formal recruitment is the primary mean of joining a sorority at Illinois State University. It is a week-long event which normally happens during the first few weeks of the fall semester. Whom every is interested visit 11 sororities via a shuttle bus to get to know the chapters, learn about their values, and meet their members to determine which chapter is the best fit for them.
